Degree: Bachelor of Music from the University of Winsconsin-Madison with honors in Piano Performance.
Additional Studies: Attended Cours International de Musique, a summer chamber music festival in Morges, Switzerland. Studies in jazz improvisation, theory, and performance at Mesa Community College, Arizona. Jazz Piano studies with Latin Jazz pianist Raul YaÃ±ez.
Awards: Lucille Kimball Piano Scholarship, UW Madison. Winner, UW Concerto Competition. Two time winner of UW Beethoven Competition.
Other Personal Interests: “I love to cook. Every week I get fresh produce at local farmer’s markets and plan menus in advance. I also have a passion for nutrition and health issues, biking, and the outdoors.”
